I come out and take the measurements myself, and I'm on site while our crew does the work, so nothing gets lost between the estimate and the pour. On a rebuild, we work alongside your engineer, architect or soil consultant.
Before we price a job, I look into what the city or county office for your address asks for and tell you what I found. In Malibu, the city won't let work start without the permits or Planning approvals it requires, so we plan the start around them.
