Walk the job with me
I come out, measure, look at access and existing concrete, and ask how you'll use the space. I also check what your city or county office asks for, which in Malibu means the city's Building Safety staff, then send a written scope and price you can compare line by line.
Schedule, pour and clean up
Once you're ready, we schedule the start around any approvals the job needs. Our crew handles the prep, the pour and the cleanup with me on site, and I check each stage, starting with what goes under the slab, before we move on.
